This store is operated by Norvane Global LLC under the name My Real Hold ("we", "us"). These terms apply to every purchase made on our online store.

2. Products and packs

My Real Hold is an elastic belt alternative that attaches to the belt loops of your pants. One pair contains two clips. A 2-pair pack contains four clips and a 3-pair pack contains six clips. You can choose Black, White or Brown for each pair. Please check your pack and colors before you pay. The product works with pants that have sturdy belt loops. Colors on screen may look slightly different from the real product.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars for customers in the United States and in Canadian dollars for customers in Canada. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. Crossed-out prices show our regular price for the same pack. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.

4. Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or a product that cannot be shipped; in that case you are refunded in full.

5. Shipping

Shipping is free to the United States and Canada. Delivery times and tracking are explained in our Shipping policy.

6. Guarantee and returns

Every order comes with our 60-day money-back guarantee, explained in our Refund policy. It adds to your legal rights and does not replace them.

7. Use of the website

Please use this store lawfully. Do not try to interfere with its operation, copy its content for commercial use or misuse its forms.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of your state or province.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the state or province where you live. If you have a problem, contact us first at contact@myrealhold.com: most issues are solved within a few days.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force on the day of your order applies to that order.
