This privacy policy explains how Norvane Global LLC, operating the My Real Hold store ("we", "us"), collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit our store, buy from us or contact us. Our store runs on Shopify.

Information we collect

  • Contact and order details: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, products ordered.
  • Payment information: processed by our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments or PayPal). We do not store your full card number.
  • Device and browsing information: IP address, browser, pages visited, collected with cookies and similar technologies.
  • Messages: what you send us when you contact customer support.

How we use it

  • to process, ship and track your order and handle returns;
  • to answer your questions and provide customer support;
  • to prevent fraud and keep our store secure;
  • to improve our store and measure our advertising;
  • to send you marketing emails only if you agreed to receive them (you can unsubscribe at any time).

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the store: Shopify (hosting and checkout), payment providers, shipping carriers and our fulfillment partners, customer support tools, and advertising and analytics partners such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Microsoft Clarity. We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing data with advertising partners for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under some US state laws: you can opt out at any time (see below).

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, measure our audience and show relevant ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

United States: depending on your state (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to access it, correct it, delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of your information. Canada: under PIPEDA and provincial laws (including Quebec's Law 25), you can access and correct your personal information, withdraw your consent, and file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Retention and security

We keep your information as long as needed to handle your order, meet our legal and accounting obligations and resolve disputes. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.

Children

Our store is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

International transfers

Your information may be processed outside your state or province, including in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, with appropriate protections.
